The workshop's main activity is the development of architectural projects, due to their specificity and size, also coordinates engineering projects, landscaping, urbanism and planning, as well as technical assistance and supervision.

Coordinated by Arq.º Eric Castaldo, the architectural projects cover various fields: housing, commerce, service, equipment and outdoor arrangements.
